Parties can report a Whistleblowing complaint if they are aware of any wrongdoings, including but not limited to the followings:

Receive any gifts, kickbacks or gratuities from third parties in the completed or ongoing or potential business dealings

Parties who report a complaint concerning wrongdoings must be acting in good faith and have reasonable grounds for believing the information disclosed indicates a true violation.
PROTECTION
All disclosure made under this policy will be dealt with a confidential manner. The identity of all whistleblowers will be kept confidential and protected.
